GETTING AWAY

A break from the norm.

When we decided to go away, we wanted something that would move us. It has definitely done that! A trip to the Highlands of Scotland with the family was inspiring, motivational, and spiritual.

We never had a clear blue day, and everyday was dry, and warm by midweek; we were ignoring the weather forecast and looking where we wanted to go instead. The level of cloud on Ben Nevis was dramatic and just gave the landscape depth. We stopped by yet another panoramic view and smelt the honey in the heather and the heat of the peat in the earth.

On our way back home now and taking all my memory and feeling with us. Can't wait to release it on new project and interiors.
