If you have ever thought about living the dream, opening a farmhouse with stables, self-catering accommodation and B&B, you've either rolled over for a bit more sleep or you've sat up and got plotting.
Clients Ann and Mark have certainly sat up and got stuck in. Their home and business, Pardlestone Farm, is quietly nestled in the breath-taking Somerset Quantock Hills and secretive fossil beaches of Kilve. We are so excited to be back here for a second year.
Last year we completed the planning application drawings for a change of use from barn outbuilding to holiday let. This time, we revisited the farm to discuss the finer details of the detailed construction drawings ready for building control submission. These drawings will allow the imminent trades people to transform the disused outhouse to a luxurious self contained stable holiday cottage. With views of the farmhouse stables, working yard and Quantock Hills backdrop this will complete the scene dream.
We wish Ann and Mark great success and energy. We can't wait to come back to see the finished project.
